Background, Goals and Dreams: The 3 Rings Guild is a brotherhood of thieve’s operating out of the Olidammari Parish in Panthium. In order to take advantage of the protection of the Olidammaris, the guild must be careful not to disrupt the delicate political harmony in the City of Spires. As such, it shuns violent crimes, choosing instead to focus on vice, smuggling, burglary and occasionally espionage.

Members: The 3 Rings is run by a man named Carboni. Guild members consist primarily of rogues, bards and shadowdancers. All races are welcome as long as the individuals are willing to operate within the guilds parameters.
